i play my moto gp 08 on the advance/hard setting. i'm running 4th to 7th place in the pack. the way the duc slides around at the front wheel is way weird. the sim setting is just to damn hard and makes the game not fun. i feel like when you fall its way to easy to catch up with the pack and the bike sliding all over the place is unrealistic in moto gp 08. i did ride as nickey and the bike felt more like sbk (08 in europe but we stateside get is as sbk while they play 09 accross the pond) moto gp 08 has much better graphics but sbk is the more true two wheel game. in sbk the bike handles the way you expect a race bike too. sbk rewards you for consistant smooth riding and holding your line pays off. moto gp 08 i can gun it and take almost any line and keep up with the front runners of the pack. i love both games but somehow when i play moto gp 08 then go back to sbk my laptimes are slower. then i play sbk for a few days then plug in moto gp 08 and my times have improved, then on moto gp 08 i go back to my old ways of over riding the duc beast and get into trouble/bad habits.....  in short moto gp 08 looks better but sbk improves your gaming/riding skills...

I got into GP on the Parmac Ducati team and was killing everyone on easy.

I've started over in 125 manual advanced medium difficult. Way more fun. Now I'm running mid-pack.
But ya, I see the bad habits forming.

GP10 is supposed to be much more realistic - you can change teams, get a better PR manager, update through out the season downloading.  Should be very cool.

All in all I just love riding the tracks.  waytogo

just noticed that if you go to advance handling and the champion level the duc handles much better... way more grip than you have on the other levels, much more fun to play now....

the wild part (and cool if you ask me) is i rode as stoner and it was very hard/difficult but im stubborn so i stuck with it for months... just made the switch to malandry its like riding a totally different bike all together... the game is way more realistic than i first took it for... now im playing it more than sbk 08 (which i took at first as the better game)... still playing on advance/champion level... the guy above is correct the honda's are tons easier to ride... but hell i'm a duc fan so i dont even like honda lawn mowers
