POP Up When Using "Quick Reply"

When I press post, a pop up box comes up and says, "Are you sure you want to do this?"

I guess it's good for second guessing yourself but it's kind of annoying otherwise. I couldn't find an option in the profile to disable this.

browser? what settings do you have checked in profile? (i.e. do you have "do not warn when new messages are posted" clicked?)

I just used the quick reply, and didn't get a warning box.

the fact that it's happening across multiple browsers and platforms really lends to it being an account setting, I'll keep poking around and see if i can find what setting causes this :-\
