Need info on sprockets...

Ok so ive got a 95 m900 just got 2 weeks ago, stage 2 jet kit, silent hektik ignition, k&n air filter, and super trapp exhaust (soon to be a high rise termignoni exhaust). with all this in mind, what size sprocket is best suited for my bike? I just got this bike and the chain needs replacing and the sprocket set up is stock so any info you could offer me would be great.

Not really sure what to tell you, but when in doubt, you can't go wrong with sticking with the stock sprocket sizes.  Are you happy with the way it rides?

put a 14 tooth sprocket on the front and stock on the back.
That will make it a lot more fun.
You'll lose a wee bit of top end but you'll get there a whole lot faster!

Stock gearing is 15/39.  If you're looking to replace you chain and sprocket set go with a larger rear, +2-3 to archive a similar effect as going to a 14t in front.  It's *really* common for people do do either,  a 14t front us usally done on a newish chain, where you don't need to/want to replace the whole set - but if you're going to be replacing all those components, it's better to go bigger in back than smaller in front.

+1 on going up in the rear.  Where you ride may have more to do with gear change than anything.  If it's urban the bike may be far more manageable with the gear reduction.

I have the same bike with similar mods.  I went up 2 in the back, however it is still  sort of high gearing, so I am thinking a -1 in the front....I think +3 in the back would of been perfect! we need pictures of this so called bike!!!

So called bike huh? Well i'll do my best to get some pics up soon. I'm not fully happy with the looks yet but it's defiantly a clean bike. Looks fully stock at first glance, as far as the ride I'm pretty happy with it, I can run with my buddy's easily and they all have Honda's and Yamaha's and only 2 of us running Duc's.  [moto] As for where I ride is mostly open country where I live, about the only city riding I do is the few miles from when I get in town to the hospital I work at.

Yeah, I don't like messing with the front sprocket. My plastic chain guard on the top of the swing arm is already almost eaten through and I'm still running a 15.  Then again it's probably the original from '95 too. The +2 in the rear was nice. Makes it quite easy to lift the front. When I first pit it on I scared the crap out of myself a couple times taking off too hard and popping it up right as I hit a rain wash.
