2009 Monster 696 - scratched clear plastic

My headlight lens and clear fly screen have some road rash?  Any thoughts on polishing these scratches out?
Also, can the headlight lens be removed from the bucket and purchased separately?

Both Mothers and Novus plastic polish work well. You can find either or both at your local auto parts store.
