Flashing a Virgin (ECU)

Hi ! I'm Cos a new member from Christchurch, N.Z.
Last year I imported the 749 from Japan, brand new having been repossessed with no red key.
I got it running with a plain cut key using an Aussie Ultimap U 59 ECU, but that spat the dummy
after riding thru a torrid rain storm.
I still have the new ECU but without the red key, can't use the bike.
Is it possible to get the original ECU flashed so it can operate the bike without a chipped key ?
