Gas Tank Repair

My Monster's gas tank took a beating when the PO ran over a bungee cord that got wedged between the caliper and roter (rear) and caused it to skid and throw him off. I'm in process of patching it back together and the gas tank requires repair. Is there someone in the North County San Diego area who:
Is good at tank repair?
Is reputable?
Is less expensive than buying a tank off of e-bay?

he fixed my S4R tank to the point that i couldn't tell it was ever damaged. this inlcuded damage to the lip around the filler hole which has several round creases. then painted it to perfection. sub $500.
