A 25-year-old San Luis Obispo man and a Nipomo man, 53, died today when they collided into each other while riding motorcycles on a curvy stretch of Highway 227, the CHP said.
Relatives for both riders were still to be notified, so the CHP did not release their names.
The 25-year-old was riding a 2004 Suzuki motorcycle, while the older rider was on a 2003 Ducati, the CHP said in a report. They collided at the intersection of Highway 227 and Noyes Road, north of Arroyo Grande, at 1:25 p.m.

One motorcyclist died at the scene and the other later died at French Hospital Medical Center, according to CHP Officer Joe Vega.
The motorcyclists did not know each other and no other people or vehicles were involved in the crash, he said.

That's a 2 lane road with plenty of space, ain't it? Wonder if one guy crossed the line to pass.

The end is in sight! Gotta buckle down and get to work!

Damn, I guess its good to have posts like this to remind people to keep the rubber side down but man do I hate it.
Life is never ours to keep, we borrow it and then we have to give it back.
