The tank on my 620 was corroded badly after being stored by previous owner. The corrosion led the the fuel filter clogging and general fuel starvation. I pulled the tank and repaired it using KREEM. The tank is now clean, there  is a new fuel filter in place, all is right with the world but the bike will not start. The fuel pump comes on with the gauges and sounds perfect, the engine cranks, but it will not fire. Am I not getting fuel to the injectors? Do I need to bleed the fuel system? If so, how? I do not have the service manuals for this bike.

I would appreciate any help. If anyone has a PDF of the service manual for this model I would greatly appreciate that also.

My first guesses would be you hooked the lines up wrong or plugged one or more with Kreem by mistake.  You can get the exploded diagrams for the bike for free from the Ducati website.  Download that and make sure you hooked the lines up right.  Also, make sure the return line (steel line down near the fuel pump) is not plugged.  The fuel pump sends fuel out to the injectors and pressure regulator.  This is where the excess fuel returns to the tank.
