IHOP on 24th and Baseline is much closer to SM entrance.  Tempe is fine.  I'm just sayin'.

What part of town do you live in?

I figured that the ASU location was easier for everyone. I mean, I'd prefer to meet there and then ride over. I'm coming from Mesa, so either is fine.

And how about time? Is 6am cool, or would 7am be better?

I live in South Phoenix, literally around the corner from the IHOP on 24th and Baseline and the SM entrance on Central, so I'm a little biased.   Smiley

7:00 would be better then 6:00 for me.

Hey Michael - The IHOP is actually west of 24th St., in it's own little building.  Look for the little blue section of metal roof!

Huge success!!!

Lots of guys showed up, there was no traffic on the roads up and down South Mountain, and the food was more than I should have eaten in one sitting.

IHOP started serving a t-bone steak for their steak & eggs breakfast, which you would think would be a turn for the better, but ... I digress.

For the few who didn't come to this awesome group ride, you missed out on a lot of fun.

We did basically two runs up and down, and at the very top we saw guys with hang gliders jumping off ... well, we almost did ... and that's to say we talked about it briefly and saw no hang gliders at all. But the weather was great -- just perfect.

Hey, yellow Ducatis are cool, too.

I think having a yellow one would be awesome. Not for me, mind you, but you know ... for someone else. In fact, my wife wants a Ducati and I told her she should get a yellow one because my red and her yellow would look cool together in the garage, but then she said that there's no way she would ever own a yellow Ducati and then looked at me like I was insane.

She actually wants Dietrich's Ducati, she saw photos of it and thought it was awesome. But really we'll probably get an old m600 and paint it lavender or plum.

Clearly you don't understand your tertiary colors.
