Will a this shock fit a '02 620?

Looking at a Showa from an '04 s4r. Two questions, will it fit or how do I figure out if it will fit and is this worth it? I have wanted to upgrade my rear shock, but will this need further work. My reason for upgrade is I am 210lbs and am running a stock rear setup. Will this give me the adjustment that I need to customize my settings? Thanks.

linkage is different between the single sided swingarms of the S*R's  versus the double sided swingarms like on your 620....so in essence...no..it won't work...
