Ducgrl, [moto]

I am so with you on this one.  Wink

My husband takes me to the HS parking lot that is nearby and there is a great round about with a hairpin style turn on one side and an decreasing radius turn on the other.  We spend a good amount of time riding around that (of course he's practicing wheelies and stuff as well).  I also do starts and emergency stops and swerves  then we head for the twisty backroads 5-10 miles or more.  I am always amazed how much difference the parking lot "warmup" does to my comfort level.  I plan on doing this everyday I can before the bad weather arrives soon.

Looks like we have a great group of women to tap for advice.   bow down

A few of my experienced riding buddies ride dirt and recommended I get into that to help further my comfort and skill level.

Congrats on your progress.
