This is like a Japanese Tomahawk - It is an interesting concept, but in this iteration, the space between the primary drive and the foot peg would be a problem.  Unless you wanted your left boot slowly sanded off.

And, it is ridiculously overpowered.  If the engine was actually closer to the width of the frame, I would like this bike more.  I ain't mad at a turbo twin..
