Edit:  Heck, for $35 shipped, it was worth ordering them to see if they are any good.  I'll post a review afters.

They don't look bad at all and the price is enticing.
The only downsides:

1) they could be bulkier than they seem from the pic
3) they are nor most probably approved for road circulation on the European roads..
