See, this is where it get's tricky... Cup size is related to bust circumference - so a 30D is smaller than a 36D, that's how they fool you! Cup is the difference between the measurement just under the boobs, and then around them.  So hell, she me be a D, but if she's a 28... well, it's a sliding scale.
Anyways, all that shit's false advertising.

it's kinda of like buying a Italian Ducati and getting it home to find out someone put Japanese rims and forks on it... wait they do that :(
