If not, you should. They are in Cali and will pick up the phone - after I spoke with them my local dealer changed their stalling tune very quickly. |

I had my bike in to my dealer on Tuesday and showed him my expanding tank. He filed a claim and heard back that day that Ducati had accepted the claim and would replace my tank. Based on reading the various threads dedicated to this topic, it does seem like YMMV with different dealers. |

Let me guess: Your warranty expires on Jan 6th, correct?  Get another dealer, and bring it there, or call Ducati NA and raise hell. Your dealer is pulling a fast one on you, and you're falling for it. BC. |

My local dealer (a big box multi brand store, know for their poor service) was aware of the problem and replaced the tank within a week.
Let Ducati NA know about the crappy service from your dealer

Oh well. Of course it can be done, I just want someone else to do it.  How about the Carbon Fiber tanks available. Anyone know of any problems with those? |

I don't want to think my dealer sux, but they may really just be that bad. I will contact DNA on Monday and see what they say and report back on the outcome.
