I am sure the bolgona police are now in good standing with Lambo Motor Company or whoever the holding company is.

Morons.

Hope they had a bond on that ride.

According to the Article posted and The Guardian, it belonged to the Bologna Police.

The Lamborghini Gallardo that crashed into parked cars on its way from an exhibition in Cremona. The crash occurred after the car, which belonged to the Bologna police was cut up (Ed. - We're assuming that's the Euro version of "cut off") by another motorist leaving a service station.

Sorry, not all of us are up to date on all police forces in foreign countries.

I just know about the Federales in Mexico and the Clans in the Mog who drive around in shitty ass pickup trucks with anti-aircraft guns mounted in the bed. Not sure they are a police force, but they get shit done.

You'd scream brutality if it happened here.

not all, just the countries i've been to.  ;)

the polizia stradale gave us some, uh,  "assistance" after a member of our group kicked an off-duty carabinieri senior officer's personal car (mercedes, iirc) while lanesplitting when he tried to road-rage her.

(they thought it was pretty funny)
