Hi Guys,

I picked up my new M1100 on Friday and on the ride home from the dealers (approximately an hour) at various occasions noticed a seat of the pants and between the knees wobble coming from the bike.  The handlebars were rock steady.  I wasn't able to narrow it down to any particular set of circumstances, i.e. speed, rpm, etc.  We just got 4" of snow Saturday, so I probably won't be riding till spring now, but I was curious if anyone here might have any ideas of what it might be.  I'm a fairly new to riding, and am not sure if it would be something as simple as new tires that need breaking in, or something to that effect.  The bike currently has 79 mi.  Any input would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Start with tire pressure as listed in the owner's manual, then make sure the suspension is set up for you, particularly sag.  Your dealer should be willing to help you with this, you need at least two people.  Also post your weight with gear.  If suspension set up doesn't work, springs for your weight may be in order.
