Syncing Replacement Keys

Dear DMF,

I just received two new black keys for my '07 S2R 800.  I've read in the manual how to override the immobilizer but I can't find the procedure for syncing the two black keys to the red one.  My bike is in storage now and I rather not take it out to dealer for this little job.   

If anyone knows the procedure your help will be greatly appreciated.

I've tried that and it's not working. Am I missing a step?

I think the method in the manual does not work on newer bikes, like my 07.  If you do not see a countdown, then you have to do the timing yourself and the sequence might be a bit different too.  The 'secret' method has been discussed -
