Long story short: Noel (ghostrider) called me up one day to see if BikerGoddess was interested in a free starter bike. She's content with her Scarabeo, but I called her to make sure...and she suggested that Tasha would be a perfect recipient. And so the pay-it-forward bike came to San Francisco.
