I picked up a set of 50mm ZX6R clip ons for dirt cheap and planned on installing them on my 2003 800 below the triple. I looked today and it seems as if the headlight bracket will cause problems.

Has anyone installed a set of generic 50mm clip ons successfully while retaining everything else on the bike?

The zx6r is the same size as most ducati's, you may have to play with the angle and drill a hole for the location of the controls. but shouldn't be a problem.
