some good stuff there.
it looks like the johnny rock page incident might've actually set some things in motion that should've happened much, much sooner.
...not to mention roger's comments toward john on the wera forum.
rob's last answer pretty much sums up the situation.
i'm looking forward to parts two and three...
(for those that don't know, the ahrma lawsuit has been particularly nasty.)

Maybe it's just me...
but why would you enter in to a contract with a group of 'partners'
when one of them has already won a suit against you?
I'm looking forward to the rest too.

probably had to do with dmg's offer to buy all (but one, iirc) of the ama pro racing properties as a package instead of having to piece them out to multiple entities.

the convenience of the arrangement was probably attractive...and I can understand that.
It just seems like bending over in front of your ex wifes boyfriend/lawyer.
I have a problem with that.

So, according to Dingman, Ianucci dragged AMA into the lawsuit 'cause of deep pockets.
What's the other side say?

Overall he's being pretty upfront I think.
Pretty refreshing.
