Rizoma Fluid Reservoirs

Not necessarily at the bottom of the reservoir at all times. Bikes go over bumps and around turns. That fluid gets sloshed every which way.

As long as there are no leaks at the hose connections and all air was removed from the hose at installation, no air can get into the system.  The fluid is always going to be at the bottom of the reservoir (assuming you maintain the fluid level) so only fluid can be drawn into the hose and master.

my rear brake the needs bled every 3 months despite being constantly sealed says otherwise.
if this were the case, brake bleeding wouldn't exist.
air finds it's way in, no matter what.

Thanks for the comments and help.  Today I ordered the reservoirs (and about $1700 worth of other stuff ) and ended up going with the "appropriate" size for each.  At the end of the day for me, the stock reservoirs looks so bad that any Rizoma part will be a massive improvement and if the lack of symmetry really bothers me that much I can always order another one to match.  Ducati probably sized them the way that they are for a reason, so I'm not one to play with that too much.

I'll post up pictures when I get everything installed, but it could be a while.

Do these leak any less than stock coffins?

Mine weep nearly none. I say nearly, I occasionally notice a drop on the outside, but its usually around the time I bled the system and put new fluid in everywhere, so it could be more of a spill than anything.

Other note, the o-rings around the outside of the cap will wear away eventually. Mine's gone. Not getting replaced because they don't add anything to the reservoirs in my book.

I've found that if you smear alittle petroleum jelly carefully round the thread on the out side of the pot you'll get no weeping

Not that I know of.

It's the Brembo billet brakes that I notice.  That's a fine piece of hardware.  About $1,300 for the set!
