Im looking into a boomtube exhaust for my 2006 s4r and on the motocreation websites it says for those years that exhaust is discontinued. They still have them for sale for the s4rt and s2r. But why not the s4r with the 996 engines?
That leads me to my next question, would either the s2r or s4rt boom tube exhaust fit on an 06 s4r?

Thanks guys

You could ask them in their own special sponsor board (http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?board=83.0) or PM them-they're a member here.

And not to take away from their businesss but I'd spend the money on a track day first.

well im only looking into it for future referance since im broke at the moment lol. But since i want to do a tail chop the exhaust i have on now is a little too long so im just browsing the web and i was just curious to why it was discontinued. It probably wouldnt get purchased untill late summer at best. Why should i spend the money on a track day?

if i remember correctly from an earlier post by Mark of Motocreations, the jig for the S4R was destroyed or damaged

Because you'll look *way* cooler being able to handle that bike than having a nifty exhaust.

They also will let you go as fast as you want! No cops! No cars in your lane! No pedestrians!

more importantly, nothing to hit when you go sliding...

and if you don't get an exhaust then it won't get messed up when you go sliding....

mmm sliding.
