This is the same type of plastic:

Anyone know what this plastic stuff is officially called and what type of store would stock it?  I presume it is  heat gun bendable and then cools rigid?

I've begun working on this for my bike. Using carbon fiber sheets and light-duty angle to make a box/tray like shape. Since my ride-height is jacked up, I've been able to actually use aluminum spacers to lower the tray, and free up a little room underneath the seat.

STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS, WIRING/FUSEBOX HAS NOT BEEN FIXED IN PLACE...YET
