Ive got those exact ones on my 696. They are ok. They are cheapies, so you get what you pay for - and you dont mind to much when you scratch them either (as apposed to Rizomas or the likes). They look ok and I have had comments from non riders who dont know what to look for on how nice they are.
The nuts come loose after a while too, all the vibrations. I used some loctite to sit the still which has worked for almost 3000kms now no problem.
One thing to keep an eye out when adjusting them or any bar ends for that matter is your elbows. If not done right and depending on your posture you can have a nice view of your elbows while riding and not the cars. As far as the diamater of your bars are you not buying new bars? So you will need to measure them. A good trick in measuring the diamter is to wrap some string around them, then lay out the string and measure. easy peasy!

Is that a convex mirror or flat?

Covexed. Surprising how much you can actually see from such small mirrors (70mm).

I have the Third Eye bicycle mirrors. They're just barely convex but you can see tons and it doesn't look like a fish bowl. I might upgrade to these cheapies. I really like the Oberon's but I can't bring myself to spend that much money.

These are nice too but I like the mirrors low and I don't feel like moving my controls in to accomodate these.

Can you post some photos of these mirrors on your bike? I'm thinking I want some bar ends for my M1100.

The Napoleon Barend mirrors work well for me. It gives the monster that retro/cafe racer look I think desmo times sells them.

I bought the oberon ones and sent them back... I had to use the red locktite to keep them in place otherwise they just rattle loose... I also had a hard time seeing anything in them because of vibration and the size of the mirror.
Dont get me wrong they looked great. and if you dont use ur mirrors sure. but they were not for me. I sent them back telling my self id save up and get the rizoma prototype naked's but that was 2 years ago and still havnt gotten around to buying them.
