He actually owned a pretty respectable winery.  I sort of like his Parker Station Pino.  About the only television station I can get in out here right now is an oldies station.  I watch Daniel Boone with Fess Parker and Ed Ames - they actually had Rosie Grier on there today.  Fess will be missed.

Probably a generational thing - to me, Fess Parker is Dan'l Boone, not Davy Crockett.
