+1.  I've shipped and received packages to/from Australia to/from the US no problem at all (so far). And received goods from all over the Earth by ordinary Air Mail many times without problems too.  From Oz its possible to ship stuff OS using Australia Post but with "additional" (ie it actually has some) insurance for quite reasonable rates.  Similar must be possible from the USPS too I would've thought?
