While cleaning the bike, I noticed that I have fingernail-sized hole in the headlight lens on my 2000 M900Sie.  Looked at the parts schematic and the headlight assembly appears to be a single piece.  Is this correct, or can i just order the lens itself?  Thanks!

I cut a new lense out of an old jaguar headlight.  Works great and looks great.  The bmw part is no longer available.  This cost me nothing.

Bada$$, but beyond my abilities.  All I can do on this front is spend money.  Any other ideas where to find this lens?

BMW moto dealer should have them, I can't believe that they're not available anymore.

Bikebandit says they fit BMW's from '73 to '06, last model was 2006 BMW R1150R.

That's great but not too many old jag headlights floating around. BMW should have the part.
