I should be a single man later this week.  I beat the evil one in court again on Monday.  If the sheriffs were not in the court room she would have killed me for sure.  

I wont be single for long though.  Smoochie Girl proposed to me that morning and I said yes.

so wha tyou are saying is if the court bailiff was not there then there would have been a jerry springer like incident?
