Any tips on how to completely rewire the 98m750?

do you ride with dfwducati, a guy sent me a PM, tellin me i should go ride with them, but haven't had a chance lately

Well you are in good hands locally - My 900 is a 1999, and Marty at AMS just picked up a 98 900 - all have the same wiring.

What differences might there be? They are both carbed, and 3-phase charging systems

The wires going from the stator to the regulator were specified too short in '98 so there's a 7 inch jumper harness that extends the wires from the stator to the regulator.  That and I think the charging fuse holders were different...


I was just bustin' your chops a little...  You're right, they're both the same (or close enough...)

ha, ok. I was thinking - what could I have overlooked?! And kept going over the systems in my head and trying to imagine where they might be different.
