Thinking about upgrading carriers on my s4r.

Anybody have the JT?  Likes? Dislikes?

Also, most importantly, Does anybody know if the JT carrier has the tabs on the back to keep the cush drives from backing out in case they fail?

Thanks!

i bought mine from http://www.powersportsuperstore.com. it was the cheapest around. its great quality and has a great feel to it and it does have the tabs that hold the cush bearings in  waytogo

EDIT:

Just saw that Ca-Cycleworks has them (but they're backordered)
here is a pic where you can see the tabs:

We, at California Cycleworks, have found this carrier to be difficult to use with any other sprocket besides JT. JT doesn't really support Ducati superbike sprockets, meaning they don't make a lot of sizes for them, so we were using the AFAM. We found the AFAM and Drive Systems sprockets to be very difficult to mount onto this carrier so much that you need force to get them to fit. Then once apart the carrier is all scratched up on the inside. We understand this would take away from this being a "quick" change solution.

Unfortunately, we are no longer selling the JT carrier because to start- the latest backorder from the manufacturer was over two months and still counting. The ETA was pushed back so many times that we literally took it out of our catalog. Also, due to the above findings, we decided the carrier wasn't worth our time even at the great price. Sorry about the inconvenience.

We will continue to watch JT as a brand and see if this situation improves. Check back with us often for the latest.
