Hahaha it's not too bad - but yes you felt the rubber in the middle of the bolts twisting.  I think used glue & dental floss to put them back together... don't remember.  I was trying to maintain their vibration-dampening qualities, which may not even matter.

well I got to try the left black box first and hopefully it will work so I dont have to open the cluster.
