Well, I actually like it.  For some reason, looks old school...don't ask me why.  Looks good.  waytogo

That smiley is the Hoosier Hooligan's Indiana Ducatisti Club Logo.  You can get that crankshaft cover here:

http://hoosierhooligans.org/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1&zenid=06217e23784ecddbf9291482319ae1b3

They are currently out of stock though.  Contact Grifo or BrianS to find out when they may get some more.

Thank you!

I think I like it.  It only works for me because the forks are silver.  I'd leave it and see what you think in a couple of weeks.  The clutch may be what's throwing off the forks.  thats the first thing i would try changing.

Not lame, just different.  Bike looks good.  Did make me think of these though:

Prior to everyone wrapping their forks in vinyl I wrapped mine with athletic tape.  I didn't completely cover the forks either.  I think it kind of gave them an old school fork protector sleeve look.

I've recently decided to go ahead and fully wrap the forks using 3M Dry Carbon.  It's a vinyl wrap that has the look and feel of Dry Carbon Fiber Weave.

wait, what were we talking about...

fake carbon fiber film that looks like carbon fiber stuff but not feel like one
but I've seen it in person,
the finish is quite delicate
