So, I went to the track for the first time last Friday (Cornerspeed at VIR), and I ended up bending my handlebar when using tie-downs to secure the bike in the back of a trailer.  Now, I'm trying to figure out what the best course of action is when replacing the bars.  My options are:

1. Buy the same exact bars again - ( I didn't really have a problem with the position of them. I would ideally get them powdercoated black).
2. Buy Rizoma 22mm bars in Black - (I would like black bars instead of chrome, but I'm not sure about how the handlebar geometry will change with these bars.  Also, I don't have the tools to drill the holes for the controls).
Here are these bars:

3.  Buy clip-ons.  - (This is the most expensive option.  I don't know much about if it will really be that advantageous for me as the stock position doesn't bother me.  I don't really want to spend a lot of money on this either).

Does anyone have any advice for me?  Has anyone installed the Rizoma 22mm bars?

you forgot renthal's

Renthal ref 758-01-SI Road bike ulta low ( unbraced ) silver £ 25.49

this is the part you need if you fancy that route, also you can fit a streetfighter style brace too (for a few quid/dollars) extra

Although bare in mind if you fit the cross brace it compromise vision slightly to the bottom of the LCD dash

So, I ordered the Rizoma bars.  I haven't held them directly up to the stock bars to compare, but they definitely sweep back further than stock and may be a little bit taller.  Does anyone have any other suggestions of bars that are similar to the stock positioning?

I have the Rizoma bars and I really like them, but I will be flipping them to get the grips lower. When  I was searching Pro Taper and Renthal came up a lot, might want to check those.  I would talk to Motoivation and Monsterparts as they were very helpful to me.

Cool, thanks for the advice.  If you can post some pics when you do that, I would love what that would look like.  One of my other options is to steal my friend's stock 1100S bars.  I may do that too.

So do the rizomas feel less aggressive?
