Open a .php file when posting a reply

Whenever I post my first reply of a session on the board I get a prompt from Firefox to open a .php file.  It opens in Dreamweaver and the file is empty.  The post window doesn't close either yet the post is "posted".  Any replies or posts that I do after this work fine.
