M1100s Rev Limet

Hi all, some of you may have read this on another forum i post on.
 I have the Termi cans/ECU/air fillter, but still hit the rev limeter at 8200 rpm(feels like pulling the front brake).
   But i thought this ECU was ment to lift this ?

hmmm Ungeheuer you have any comment on this? you've run all three ECUs!
