2008 s4rs tri color, the oil levels has risen from half way between indicators to top of sightglass. This is over about 1000 miles. The oil has smell of gas.  Is this a flooding problem, or is there something else going on?

More than flooding.

If you run the bike with gas diluted oil you may damage something.

I'd get it to the dealer ASAP.

Thanks the bike ran out of warranty last Friday, I called dealer today with no return call. I will load it up tomarrow and take it in. Take day off of work and drive 4 hours.

It probably is a bad injector.

If the dealer wants to...they could persuade DNA to cover it.

This time around I agree ;-)

tri280, there was a thread a few days ago about rising oil level, but the oil didn't smell of gas.
