MatrisUSA????

Where did they come from?

Matris hasn't even told me about that happening... perhaps you could call them?

I still have to find out the model of the kits I actually received. and
Not sure if there's any model number on the kits or if you can record of it? I have the instruction papers, they said ducati s4r. but the graphs on it demonstrated on a s4rs forks. not sure if that's mistake or they just generic forks as demonstration but does not mean it's for the forks illustrated on it.

I just pulled up the invoice from Matris for your forks Eric,

Part number is listed as FD102R (F05R / Kit Fork Monster S4R).

That said, it should be correct and that means it is time to contact someone at Matris (of Italy) technical department.

Ohh and Matrisusa.com - that's a joke.

I tried calling them and they told me that they have been the exclusive US importer of Matris products for the past 2.5 years...

You should have heard the surprise in her voice when she found out we have also been receiving Matris product, directly from Matris for the past 3 years (and that our prices are better)!

Life, you just have to love it.

He Man

just because the part is listed as correct doesnt mean they sent you the right one.

i bought clip ons once and the box came with one 50mm and one 53mm.

I guess ur only choice is to hit them up directly, though thats not an easy task if they dont speak english.
