Ya know, I could come up with a thousand excuses about why I'm asking this, but a simple yes or no answer is all I need: has the tail chop been accomplished on this frame?

Doesn't seem like a "Really, really stupid question", just a really stupid question. Just joking. I'd rather ask then F it all up and ask how to fix it which seems to be my MO.
