Monster Mileage?

What kind of mileage do monsters typically get before requiring some sort of rebuild/overhaul? Im sure with good preventative maintenance, oil changes, etc they run well for awhile, but at what point are people typically seeing poor performance, oil burning, and other warning signs?

Ive got an 03 800 for reference.
