IMO:

Purportedly Norton has $, wants capability to build race engines/bikes.
Purportedly Inmotec has the capability, but has no $.
Sounds like a love connection to me.  popcorn
Just requires both sides to come up with the goods.... bang head

This also begs the question...... how fast was it before it blew up?  I mean, is there potential or not?
