About 10 or so years ago I needed a part for my Aprilia's Arrow shotgun exhaust.  At the time, it was GioMoto in Las Vegas that was the distributor.  The guy took the part I needed out of the box of a new system and shipped it to me to get me back on the road and said they would replace theirs with a part from Italy.  That was real service.  I have bought 5 full Arrow systems over the years and still have 4 of them, it is nice stuff but their customer service seems to have changed when their distributor changed.

You obviously have your panties in a wad over a non-problem.

Pot meet kettle. I'm not the one obsessing over a badge on a muffler! My panties are just fine & dandy thank you; I'm simply amazed at you guys whining over this insignificance, which causes me to waste my time telling you how silly you sound. [moto]
I hope you get your parts but JEEEEZ just hit it with some paint already. Not that difficult, cheaper, immediate, don't have to drill the rivets out & no one will know the diff. Wonder what Truckinduc would do in a situation like this. He probably wouldn't wait 2 months for a stinkin badge. There's more reward in taking the law into your own hands than you think.
Why don't you come up with a 'Silver Line' badge? Just drop the original in a container of used brake fluid for about a week, then wipe it off. Maybe polish it even. The logo is embossed. You don't need to paint the letters. No skill required. Might look really cool. Anything's better than being the chump waiting for a strip of aluminum with a logo on it.

Hum, I get spare parts from Arrow pretty regularly. Usually takes 1 week to get in my hands from Italy - sometimes 2.  ???

I have 4 pieces coming from Australia - problem solved, but it will probably be 6 months before I get around to installing them.

I can't even get an email response - All I asked was "where can I buy spare Arrow parts"

Greg Centuori replied to tell me how much they cost...

If you can get Arrow parts, I need a few more bits before my Frankenstein exhaust project is complete.
