What is the diff between the 5 spoke S2R wheels and the 10 spoke S4RS?

You mean besides 5 spokes? ;D

I think the S2R has a 6 bolt rotor...

and I'm almost positive the S4RS has a 5 bolt like the 999.

I was going to make the swap and turned out to be just as pricey as getting new wheels from Oz so I dumped the idea.  As mentioned above, the S4RS are 5 bolt and you will need to buy new rotors.  Just buy new wheels from someone already made for your bike, just my opinion.
Can we thin the gene pool?
