Can someone help ID these?

On two seperate occasions, the parts shown in the picture have fallen from my bike while parked and running.  I can't seem to figure out where they came from.  They are plastic and appear to be unevenly worn across the surface.  Sorry for the crappy cell pic.  Any ideas?

It's Duc crap.   ;D

The factory puts them between the fins on your heads to quiet some of the engine noise.  It's pretty standard that they eventually all fall out.
