Sorry I dont have a pic (no camera), but i took a apart my for inspection/cleanup, and i was wondering how much play there is on the clutch side of the output shaft. It has about 80degrees of play before engaging the rear wheel in both CCW and CW direction, without the clutch stack. Is this normal?

I cant quite describe the problem without getting too complicated but let me try...

While riding, or at idle, when ever i let the engine idle/engine brake and apply the gas again, there is a delay between the engine reving up and then there is a sudden jud when the power hits the rear wheel. It feels like a loose chain but ive checked everything at the chain/sprocket end and theres nothing loose or out of alignment. Chain slack is good to go. All clutch parts are good to go as well.

Yes it's normal.

Check your cush drive in the rear wheel.

Cush drives are still good.

Just to note this sudden "snap" happens even when im at a stop and just blipping the motor with the clutch pulled in and not in gear.

It does not happen in Neutral.
