Bergweiserus can't log in....? (having trouble)

hi everyone, not sure if this is the right place to post; user 'Bergweiserus' has been trying to log in
for a couple days and cannot.  he tried the 'reset password' route, but then it says the username does not
exist when he tries with new password.

any ideas...?  thank you in advance  :)
