It's a satin black ceramic.

Both cans, headpipe, downpipe, 2 flanges and 4-half-shells was $250.

Those are Conti replicas.

They originally looked like these, except they have a dog-leg to join with the headpipe:



I shaved off those horrendous brackets and fabbed the custom mounts.
