120/80

I'm a bit...... well......... porky  :'(

Good news is I started a good fitness program. So that number so start coming down.  Odd though for as overweight as I am, my Cholesterol is only 78.

i have high BP no matter how hard i work out or how healthy my diet is (and it's pretty healthy).  I'm not overweight (i'm at my target weight for my height but will probably lose another five pounds net-net after gaining some muscle too).  High BP runs in my family so I have to be very careful about stress and what i consume.

I run from 123-136ish/83ish

I do not understand it.  I am in fantastic health.  Not to toot my own horn but I've got a particularly high shirtless aeshetic value.  I just ran a 5k under 21, which isn't really braggable to any degree but, I haven't run in 4-5 months and I broke my foot 2.5 months before the race.

The only thing I can figure is after running CC in college I do not come any where close to comparable cardio.  That and my diet is awful.  I figure as long as I work off all of the crap I eat I can eat whatever I would like.  Apparently, that logic doesn't really ring entirely true.

... I'm totally cool with my friends saying "You remember when William bit it?!  That was awesome!  How do you explode in a fireball while being crushed under a waterfall?!  I don't think I'll beat that..."

I'm surprised that anyone here knew enough about the school to ask that question...   [cheeky]

The professor to which I refer is Dr. Jeff Ashworth.

I always wanted to go there. But I'm not doing anything with my A&P anymore anyway.
