it's not air/oil cooled??

It is.  That's the classic air cooled boxer motor.
And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

i thought the orange one they originally displayed was much nicer color.

love the idea of this car, modern engine in a classic shell.  do wish it was aircooled though.

but for the price, i think i'd rather find me a 930

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

and the guys somehow got 430 hp out of the thing, that is insane.

Which generation? A hotted-up 993 motor?

(If it said in the article, I missed it.)

Drivetrain
The Singer 911 utilizes the most evolved air/oil cooled 911 engine from the 993.  However,
the goal with the stock 3.6-liter engine was to develop it into the most modern rendering of the air/
oil cooled engine concept.  With the help of U.K.-based, Ninemeister, masterminded by engineer, Colin
Belton, and constructed in San Francisco by famed engine builder Jerry Woods Enterprises, the stock
3.6-liter engine is rebuilt to displace 3.82 liters
