You're not even a dad yet but already turning into a curmudgeon.

:-*

Awe!   [roll]

Now..where were those sweet kisses to warm me up as hypothermia was setting in when we nearly got lost in the Snoqualmie forest?!  [thumbsdown]

You had to go hiking, didn't ya!

i love az.... until summer gets there
& i'm from cali & i love it here too.. i don't know how long you've been in az, but most people that move from az to cali find cali too restrictive, not to mention expensive
& even with all of the restrictions & expenses, we still have plenty of people who smoke..
& we get way more rainy days than phoenix, especially lately, which makes winter riding more difficult....

wow, i sound like i'm discouraging you..i'm really not..i love cali & can't really imagine being anywhere else, just tossing some of my random thoughts on the subject out there :)

We just got back from Raleigh, NC.  Really liked the place but disappointed that they still allow smoking in the bars/restauraunts.

Really?  Where?

We've had a statewide smoking ban for over a year now.

I'm sorry, but a true curmudgeon might take offense to that   ;D

It must be in the high 60's/low 70's  I have the sliding glass door open to let the cool, fresh air in and then I get a wif of the neighbor..and her cigarettes.

[bang]

Time to move.

Yeah, no one smokes in NC.   [laugh]

Good thing I brought my keen sense of direction to get us out of the deep dark forests.   ;)

But a true curmudgeon might take pride in the fact that his their attempt to "lead by example" is working.

Hobbits generally don't have what it takes to be a true curmudgeon, they just come off as whiners   [laugh]

And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.
